As parents of a colicky baby, we were sleep deprived and skeptical. Pam changed our lives with her individualized care and guidance. She expertly crafted a unique plan for us and supported us along the way. She listens to each parent, understands the differences in each situation and teaches parents how to be consistent yet flexible. Through this process Pam gave us tools and instilled confidence for our future as parents. We are forever grateful!

Thank you so much for everything, we are externally grateful!

Our daughter never fully slept through the night, but by the time she was 5 months old, she was waking up almost every hour. We were exhausted and did not know what to do. We’d read numerous sleep books and also had a sleep consultant put together a sleep schedule for us. However, that was a one-size fits all schedule and didn’t work for our daughter. We didn’t want to let her cry it out and we didn’t know what else to do. We all needed sleep!

I started desperately searching for someone to help with sleep training. That is when I found Pam. She did not believe in letting babies “cry it out”. She put together a customized eating and sleeping schedule for Maggie. Then she came for three nights to start the sleep training. We took over after that, following her suggestions and methods. She was available after that when we had questions or weren’t sure how to best handle a sleep challenge.

Having Pam help us was one of the best decisions we made. Once our daughter was sleeping through the night, she was a different baby. Before she had been a bit fussy at times, but she was clearly just exhausted.

Now she is a toddler that naps and sleeps well at night. I am so glad we worked on her sleeping when we did! I cannot recommend Pam anymore highly!

Pam is truly a miracle worker!

Our other children didn’t sleep through the night until they were 2-3 years old. We were trying our best with our 6 month old, but were exhausted! We finally caved and found Pam online! Best money I’ve ever spent! My baby is 11 months now and has been sleeping 12-13 hours every night since he was 6 months old. It has literally been life changing for us! My baby goes down so easy now, and is even reaching for his crib at night! We are all so much happier and well rested.

I cannot recommend Pam enough! She’s the best!!!

Pam is great!

She did a three-night stay with us when our daughter was 18 months. Before Pam, we were spent long nights trying to get our kid to sleep. We were also co-sleeping – not necessarily because we wanted to at that point, but we felt we had no choice. After Pam’s stay, we had a kid that went to sleep quickly and happily in her own room. It’s been a year now and we’re still so pleased! Worth every penny!

Appreciation Post!
It only took 12 months, but Finn is finally sleeping through the night 7pm-7am and settling himself for every sleep! Its all thanks to Pam Jones!

We considered contacting her around Christmas when Finn was 8 months but we saw the slightest improvement and thought maybe his sleep would get better on his own… it did not. Come March we hit a rough patch with separation anxiety. Finn would be hysterical if you even put him down during the day and at night he would wake up and refuse to be put down for hours.

Pam gave us the tools to help him learn how to self settle, adjust his sleep cues, and get him on a schedule for the best sleep! I had almost forgot what a good nights sleep felt like!

Pam Jones helped me sleep train my little one successfully 2.5 years ago, so I reached out to her again. My son is now 3 years old, and he stopped cooperating with bedtime, screaming for us to not leave the room, throwing books at us, refusing to turn off the lights. It was a 2 hour struggle every night (it happened kind of out of nowhere..)

Pam is super warm, and remembered me, and was very helpful and supportive to what was happening. She is easy to connect with over email, and is really easy and helpful to work with. She had the evening set aside for me no matter what time I was done with bedtime. Talking with Pam is like talking with an old friend. She is super thoughtful and personable and a great listener. She knew exactly what was up and let me know we had a solid plan in place. She is also realistic and so that is helpful in terms of my expectations. She broke the issues down one by one, explaining the rationales and specifics behind each issue.

We went over the plan several times and she also emailed it to me. I got off the phone with her with a very clear understanding of the next steps and why.

Grateful mom, Julie K.

I am a first time mom that thought every child woke up multiple times a night.  I thought the sleep deprivation was part of the territory even at six months old. When I was up one of the nights with my crying infant, I searched and found Sweet Dreams Little Ones. I called the next day from work and asked about setting up the in home services. Pam was so nice and got me the information immediately.

Pam came to my home and watched my routine. She pointed out on the phone consult that I need to be feeding him more and set a schedule. The first night it took him 50 minutes to fall asleep, the second night took 25. The third took 10. Now he associates his nigh routine with time for bed. He does not fight or wake during the night, he sleeps 12 hours and I feel like a human again.

I do not know what I would have done without Sweet Dreams Little Ones. Pam is truly the best at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone and every one, and I have!

Pam is a blessing that all mothers should take advantage of. My child had slept with me for 7 months and I had no idea how to transition her into her own crib. Pam walked with me and not only worked with me logistically to get my child in her own crib and sleeping through the night…she walked with me emotionally.

Her expertise and empathy is second to none. There’s so much conflicting information about what to do or not do with a newborn, but Pam understands the uniqueness of each child and each parent child relationship.

I highly recommend Pam to any mother who needs a great teammate!

Pam has been fantastic in training our LO to sleep throughout the night and self soothe as well as training us to continue her techniques.

Pam is extremely kind and we were very comfortable working with her. She listened to all of our concerns and continuously provided us with reassurances. We had full trust in her from day 1.

Pam has also been extremely supportive after her visit and provided advice and guidance to us whenever we have had queries.

I have been working with Pam now with my 2.5 year old son. He has been a terrible sleeper since the day we came home from the hospital.  We tried everything, anyone recommended and were not having any luck.  Pam came into our lives and she now ranks in the top 5 most influential people in our lives! No joke! Pam has never met me or my son in person but somehow she just gets us.

After taking her recommendations it took 2 days for my son to adapt, which exceeded my expectations by weeks. I have called on her a few times now since then.  Our lifestyles involve a revolving door at our guest room, changing work schedules, and a new baby on the way… so our little man doesn’t always adjust well.

Whenever we try our own methods (which hardly ever work).. I call Pam and she whips me back into shape. She’s brilliant and truly has a gift for helping us all to get some good nights sleep. She’ll never be able to truly understand how appreciative we are of her.

Our little girl has been a joy since her first moments with us. She has also been a tough little cookie with a will of her own. She had severe reflux as an infant, which made it very difficult for her to spend time on her back. For the first five months of her life, she would only sleep in her swing, in her stroller, in the car, or in someone’s arms. We were in survival mode and just did whatever it took to get her some sleep. After five months, we moved her to our bed. We never planned to co-sleep, but she was outgrowing the swing and it was the only place we could get her to sleep at night. She nursed throughout the night for almost thirteen months. I held her or took her for long walks or car rides for her daily naps so she could rest. I spent weeks trying to get us on a good sleep schedule, and nothing seemed to work. She needed to nurse or be moving in order to go to sleep and to put herself back to sleep. Her cries were all pretty indistinguishable – hungry, thirsty, tired, and bored all sounded like “I’ll die if you don’t help me.” This seems pretty common among babies with reflux, from my unscientific research (e.g., talking to other parents).

Finally, around ten months the reflux started to improve and it pretty much disappeared when she was a year old. At this time, her cries started to sound different. We could tell the difference between hungry, tired, angry, etc. She also, finally, began to be able to soothe herself when she was upset. I started to feel a twinge of hope that perhaps we could sleep train successfully, but I was scared to try it and fail, making our sleep problems worse. When my husband had to be out of town for a few weeks, it quickly became apparent just how impossible our sleep situation would be without his help. I asked our pediatrician which sleep training method she thought was the best and she mentioned that she had gotten rave reviews from other patients for Pam Jones, a sleep nurse who had recently started providing services in Dallas. I called Pam and she was so instantly informative and reassuring. We agreed that she would come stay with us for three nights to help me sleep train our daughter. I was terrified that it would ruin the baby’s trust in me, ruin our relationship, scar her for life, etc. Pam talked to me a few more times on the phone, answering every question I had with patience and kindness. She sent me our sleep schedule and training plan ahead of time and it was so straightforward and made so much sense.

The sleep training itself wasn’t bad, and it was so very worth it. By the third night the baby slept for 12 hours! In her crib. By herself. I would never have believed that was possible. It seemed that she was just waiting for us to give her the opportunity to learn how to sleep and relished the quiet, private space to do so. She is a fantastic sleeper now and goes to bed happily, frequently reaching for her crib before we’ve finished our lullaby.

Having Pam there to guide me – to answer questions and methodically adjust the plan based on what we were seeing was invaluable. She was warm and loving with our baby, and kind and understanding with my husband and me. Trying to do that on my own, in my sleep-deprived state, would have been a huge challenge and I’m not certain I would have outlasted the baby, who took a peculiar “I’ll just sit up until you come back” approach to the whole thing that was both heartbreaking and hilarious at the time.

If you’re feeling like getting yourself and your baby enough sleep is an impossible dream, then I wholeheartedly and unreservedly encourage you to let Pam help you both find your way through.

Pam came and helped me move my 3 month old out of our bedroom and into her own crib. She also developed a schedule that not only doubled my daughter’s sleep time but also increased her eating which was needed. Pam was amazing.

She was very responsive and professional, but most importantly she was amazing with my daughter. This was the best thing I have ever spent my money. I will have Sweet Dreams come out again when my daughter is 5 months and for any future children I have.

They are worth every penny

Pam has been a true blessing to our family! When our twins were 15 months old, we desperately needed some sleep training. I was nervous to do the sleep training by myself because I was fearful of letting one of the babies cry out because of an health issue he had when he was 6 weeks old, but my fear was not warranted.

Nevertheless, Pam came to the rescue!! We literally had spent months of sleepless nights and it was really starting to affect the health of our marriage and family environment with our older kids. Pam came in and gave us the tools and expertise to get the job done. I could not believe it, but within 3 nights (really even in 2 nights it was 90% better) both babies were sleeping the whole night (11-12 hours for my twin girl and 10-11 hours for my twin boy)! Absolutely amazing and a total lifesaver for our family. I also had to work on nap times and followed the same routine for nap time and the twins caught on quickly!

I highly, highly recommend Pam for any of your sleep-training needs! Not only was she professional, but she was very kind and patient. I am forever grateful!!!
We also had an excellent experience using Sweet Dreams Little Ones when our twins were first born and then for the four months following birth. Our night nurse, Terri, was very helpful in helping us establish routines, helping as I nursed the babies throughout the night, providing useful information and tips! She was a true comfort and immense support during this very difficult adjustment time with our family.

So mamas- I have read a lot about sleep issues on here lately and thought I might throw out a suggestion that has been a miracle for us. My 7month old hasn’t slept for…well, 7 months. I was getting desperate, depressed, exhausted and my relationship with my husband was down to overtired arguing. A fellow friend had mentioned her company Sweet Dreams Infant Care) now Sweet Dreams Little Ones, in a comment and I contacted Pam to ask more info about her infant care.

The company has many professional, extensively trained RNs/baby nurses that can do phone consults, in-home consults, and overnights to help sleep train your child. We logged our baby trends for three days, sent them to the nurse and she made a sleep plan specific to our lil lady. We wanted a plan that was not full on cry it out so she explained her schedule and what we would work on together. Pam came for an in home consult and helped us put the baby to bed and talked to us in detail for two hours about sleep patterns and answered all of our questions.

We followed her new schedule all day yesterday and my LO then slept last night from 6pm-6:30 am with only one ten min wakeup in her crib. I am telling you we were shocked and so grateful that when we needed help the most, there are loving, professional, and patient people like this that can help figure it out. I was so stubborn about trying to fix everything on my own, and thought I was a bad mama for so long when all I needed was just an outside perspective, a schedule and reassurance. I just wanted you to know u aren’t alone in those sleepless nights and pure confusion on what you can do when you don’t know what to do and have exhausted yourself and your options. Our baby was not getting healthy sleep and neither were we.

She was up every two hours or more at night and rarely napped during the day. We felt awful for her. We were always feeding her in the night and she didn’t need it (like really didn’t need it you gotta see these rolls!love em!).

My husband and I moved to Chicago from California when our daughter was 18 months old. I was also expecting at the time. Our daughter had been sleeping in our bed since she was 10 months old, so after our son was born, our time was divided between two children. We knew we needed help. I received a recommendation to call Sweet Dreams. Little did I know that call to Pam was to be life changing for us. Margarita joined us and was a breath of fresh air for everyone. Everyone is happy when she arrives, including my daughter who cannot sleep without seeing “Maggie”. She has become part of our family and has made the growth of our family a truly joyous occasion.

My husband and I decided after a couple of months, it was time to transition my daughter to her own room and her own bed. This was something I dreaded doing, after all we had tried unsuccessfully numerous times in the past. Again, I turned to Sweet Dreams. Pam was there to the rescue, and she prepared me for the night and was so supportive. It was quite comical when we continuously paraded my daughter back to her room again and again. Pam was willing to stay as long as we needed to feel comfortable.

Pam followed up with us the next day and gave me the pep talk I needed to get through the possible rough night. To my surprise, our daughter was excited to go to her own bed that night and slept 12 hours! Everyone is happier, healthier and well rested thanks to Pam and Margarita. It is the best decision we have made. I encourage anyone debating whether to do this or not…don’t think just do it. It is truly life changing. I am so happy to have met Pam and will never forget what she has done for us.

Unnamed mom

Best decision ever! It’s been only a couple of days since we started working with Pam and it’s changed everything! My 11month old son is finally sleeping through the night and taking naps. What I love the most is the level of quality time given to us for questions and just to guide us through every step.

Pam was coaching me to teach my kid to sleep and that’s pretty awesome and empowering.

Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom with us Pam!

From a mom with an 11 month old that co-slept for 11months and nursed all night long. The plan was to move her to her crib and start by feeding her only once during the night.

We started sleep training yesterday morning, and clearly we are fools for not doing it a long time ago – she cried for less than a minute after I left her for her first nap, same thing with second nap, same thing with her overnight AND she slept completely through the night (I went in and fed her around 5:30 because my body was not remotely prepared to go so long between feedings – she went immediately back to sleep until I got her up at around 7:30). Our babysitter put her down for a nap this morning and she has been down for about 2 hours now. No one has had to go in to soothe, period. We love how dark it is in her room so much we are getting our 4 year-old blackout curtains too. I hope I am not getting too ahead of myself with excitement, but WOW, this has gone better than I could ever have dreamed.

Thank you so much for your assistance!
